  • Belgium : free delivery at a Mondial Relay point for orders above €50 and home from €90
    • Home delivery or at specific adress via Bpost: €5,5
    • Delivery at a Bpost collection point: €4,5

  • France : free delivery at a Mondial Relay point for orders above €50 and home from €125
    • Home delivery or at specific adress via Bpost: €15
    • Delivery at a Mondial Relay collection point: €7,90
  • The Netherlands:
    • Home delivery or at specific adress via Mondial Relay: €7 (free above €125)
  • Germany:

Delivery

Once we have received payment, we will process your order and dispatch it to the address given using our Bpost delivery service.

Depending on the country in question and the available stock, this can take 4 to 8 working days. If it is expected to take longer, we will notify you by email. No compensation may be claimed for any delay in delivery.

You can track the progress of your package via the “track and trace” information sent to you by email.

If you are out when the postman calls and the package will not fit into your letterbox, you will receive a “missed delivery” card telling you where and when you can collect your package from the post office. All you have to do is go along there with a form of ID.

When you receive your order, please check firstly that the package has not been damaged during transport. This should be done on delivery while the courier is still there. If the package is damaged, this must be stated on the delivery note. This item of proof will be required from you in the event of any compensation claim.

If an item in your order is missing or damaged, the customer must notify Jadeco within 24 hours of receipt of the package; we cannot accept returns otherwise.

Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem!

You are legally entitled to a period of 14 days in which to return all or part of your order. NB you will have to pay the return shipping costs.

How to return items?

1) Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your package by email to contact@jadeco.be stating your order number.

2) Return the product(s) in question to us at the following address within these 14 days:

NB: only products not subject to promotions and unused products in their original packaging and with their original labels will be accepted. We cannot exchange or refund any product where it or the original packaging has been damaged.

3) Once we have received and checked your item(s), we undertake to reimburse you in the form of a voucher to be worth (6 months valid) or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt of submission of your return request.
